Bonus classes are held on Saturdays at no extra charge to current students. Saturday classes are a great way to increase your fitness and interact with students that you normally don't train with during the week.


BOOT CAMP:
This class reminds you that Mr. Magary is an Army veteran and former certified personal trainer. This physically demanding class focuses on plyometric drills, body weight resistance exercises, and other calisthenics. Adults only, please. Be prepared to sweat!


ALL AGES KARATE:
This class gives students from different classes a chance to interact. Also, Saturday classes give families the opportunity to train together. Light sparring and other fun drills provide a beneficial class for everyone.
